Add more plants to the sniffer

    I think the Sniffer is a cute little animal but I think it should sniff and find you some valuable items ( even in creative) such as gems and items! But I think that it is wonderful...I hope that soon they will add a new animal!

    The sniffers find different seeds in different biomes?. Even a special seed in end dimension. But end is stone.. hmmm Or maybe in warped forest in the nether? Mangrove biome different seeds. Jungle gives different seeds. If you catch my drift. Sniff

    Make the sniffer easier to get. I shouldn’t have to search for 6 hours. Hoping and praying to find a structure. A structure that has suspicious sand. That gives me a TINY chance of getting an egg. IT WAS A MOB VOTE CREATURE I FEEL I WILL NEVER SEE. WHAT IS THE POINT IN ADDING IT.

    When the Sniffer was added, I assumed that it would be able to dig up other mob spawn eggs, but the current design of the sniffer may not go that direction. Sniffer still has potential with the plants it digs up to be used as recipes for new potions. The pitcher pods, with how big they are, could be for growth potions, torch flowers for shrink potions. Additionally, they could spread that effect to mobs that cross by it just as wither roses damage you as you cross.
    (Imagine a fantastical flower field where mobs grow larger/smaller/other effects)
    Using both flowers and a piece of a mob could make a new ingredient for the morph potion. Rarer ancient plants could later be added to other biomes/dimensions to engage players to revisit those areas, such as a levitation flower in end or ancient sapling(massive green trees).

    We had a new idea and images for two new sniffer plants. We really love the sniffer mob and have about 25 of them currently.

    Agreed. 
    New plants the sniffer can dig up would be nice.
    It would also fulfil the promise made that these sniffers were supposed to introduce new seed types. The keyword being it was plural and not just 2 types of decorative plants to meet the minimum.

    Not to mention the missed opportunity for letting the Torch flower give off light.
    Glowberries Glow, why not the torch flower?

    The sniffer could also dig up a variety of seeds depending on a biome. That is if it has enough of a variety of seeds it could dig up.
    The mob is tedious to get a hold of for just 2 flowers. Not to mention the player would need to find at least 2 eggs to breed them.

    Since the Sniffer is a mob that is 'reborn' by the player, I think there's a lot of potential that can be looked into here for future updates or 'drops'. Mainly, the dimension the Sniffer lives in is the biggest opportunity here!

    The Torchflower and Pitcher Plant are good for the Overworld.

    However, if the player places grass or creates a Sniffer pen in the Nether or End, they should be able to obtain different plants compared to the Overworld. For the Nether, maybe something like a Fire Poppy and a Warped Hyacinth could be obtainable. For the end, have the plants be something a Purpur Rose and a Void Root.

    Lots of fun potential to be had, and I hope the Sniffer gets expanded on at some point in the future.

    Sniffers should be able to root up new seeds like advertised in their mob vote trailer, and have one of those seeds be able to be planted to where you could use it to breed sniffers.
