Ruins of the Wizard's Tower
The ruins look like a dilapidated small tower. Inside you can find bookshelves and potion ingredients. In the ruins, one could find books in which potion recipes were written. Potion recipes can also be added to witch huts. The tower can be found in the snowy mountains.

In my idea, I also thought about how new players will learn about cooking potions

    would there be a chance for a zombie wizard to spawn on the top floor/basement?

    That would be a lich, not a zombie, but yeah.

    Sounds cool! Maybe it could be found in snowy mountains with a 10% chance of spawning, maybe it could have a lot of bookshelves with a chiseled bookshelf with mostly normal books, but 2 randomly enchanted books and a ladder going up to a small room with 3 brewing stands with randomly generated potions and a small chest with a few materials like a little blaze powder, a couple spider eyes, and some gunpowder! I'm picturing a slightly larger spruce and cobblestone version of the savanna small house #5 but the top part has a floor and it has carpet that are red and light gray! And maybe it could have a cave spider guarding  the loot chest at the top floor with the potion stuff!
