Upgrade Barrels

My idea is that it serves as a Shulker, since the inventory is running very low, especially when they add more things. Let's get to the point, my idea is that if we use the barrels to store things and we break it, that the items remain in the barrel, but clearly balanced with that it gives you Slowness for loading the Barrel, it is very useful in a new game of survival, since the Shulker is obtained at the end of the game.

    I think Barrels could make the same thing as Shulkers do today, with no downside, and Shulkers get buffed to have double chest space.
    That's how big the inventory problem is and I think it would be a reasonable change.
