Make Minecraft Java less laggy

So I was casually playing some minecraft Java and I was hurting so much because it was so PAINFULLY laggy. Maybe you should make it so experience orbs clump together, or maybe add a lower graphics setting. The point is, can you make Java less laggy? Thanks!

    Honestly. I use Fabric, Fabric API, Sodium, Sodium Extra, Lithium, Indium and Phosphor just to make the game run and I still cautious about the lag I might cause on my superflat world. My computer loses so much energy from running it I need to recharge like every 45 minutes. And it still lags
