Dyeable wool without crafting table

Maybe we should be able to give wool blocks and carpets a color without needing a crafting table. It will work like dying sheeps now with any color dye in your hand. I think this would be great because it will be easy to give wool blocks a color when you finished a building and you would be able to kind of make paintings the normal way.
