Glowing ink = glowstone dust

I suggest that these resources be interchangeable in some aspects, this is quite logical. For example, in highlighting signs, frames.

    Regardless of logic, they're meant to have exclusive features like many other items.

    I wouldn't make them interchangeable necessarily, but it would be neat to have the two linked through crafting recipes. Like glow ink being made with 4 glowstone dust surrounding and ink sack and a single glowstone dust being made from cooking up a glow ink sack. That would be some nice quality of life without making the two items just functional clones of one another, which is something the devs usually try to avoid outside of the various wood types.
