New Pillager Base (Prehistoric Sniffer Site)

A new illager base near the ocean to study these new prehistoric creatures known as the sniffer. They have a separate cage for hatched sniffers, sniffer eggs, new plants, and some archaeology (hidden in base somewhere). The players shouldn’t be the only ones curious about these creatures.

I would love to see more illager-related structures, I think the could go along very nicely with the new update!

The structure could be something of a research facility for weaponozing the sniffers, being dinosaurs and all, but of course they're completely peaceful and you would have to rescue them from the illagers' grasp, or yet another way of finding the egg in the first place.

Theres a place where the illagers keep the allays locked up so I don't see why they won't do that to the sniffers as well.

This is a brilliant idea! Maybe add some kind of new illager to this base aswell

The thing is, the Sniffer is meant to be a mob, that only the player gets to decide whether it exists in the world or not.

However, I also like the idea of having the world react to the new addition of archeology in general, so how about instead, we have the npc digsites be in their very early stages and done rather carelessly with them having found either just junk so far or no loot at all, as they do not know how to make the necessary brushes. This could double as giving the player an organic introduction to the archeology system as well, when they see a dug out part of a ruin, try to dig as well, break a suspicious block with that discouraging sound and are then maybe also given the brush recipe, much like how the condition for the boat recipe is swimming without one.

Archeolillagers could be a new illager, they attack you with prehistoric clubs which have a 15% chance to stun you
