Portal Blocks

Portal Blocks will include the nether portal, end portal, and end city frames, which would by default would send players to their respective dimensions. But they have custom features too!

Portal blocks can be set to any dimension and any coordinates, so they'll be perfect for servers and mapmaking! They can even change color for further customization!

    This would have to be a creative mode only feature or in survival mode's endgame - literally, because it would be fitting if the materials required to create these blocks or multiblock constructs (like a beacon or conduit) would be at least partially locked to sources in the outer end.
