Ladders and ancient cities

Ladders of all wood types including stone and iron. Normal ladders don't look good with all blocks, so i feel like having more ladder variants would be better for certain builds. Now i want to talk about Ancient cities, in the middle of the ancient city there is something that looks like a portal, in the middle of the portal should be an altar, and after you kill the warden you can get the skulk catalist and place it inside the altar, activating the portal, therefore being a new dimension after ten years. Those are my suggestions and i would greatly appreciate if you added these to the game.
