splash water in Minecraft?

this would be a beautiful detail in Minecraft. if a player or block falls into the water it will add a splash of water there, just like the trailer

    This is a bad idea, it was recently added in minecraft 1.20.30 and it is way too loud!! Instead it should be a bit more of a quiet splash, one still easily heard and requires anything that can make the sound to do so based on velocity. Basically this sound can only be made when anything is dropped or falls from 30 blocks or more. It would also be great if sounds like this could have individual volumes set by the player, this way they are not ear-busting loud. Or just set the volume of all water sounds, the only problem with that is i still want to hear the other water sounds, just not this one.. busting my eardrums is not my idea of a good time!

    what do u mean it's a bad idea? u just said the problem is the sound, so it's not a bad idea! omg who would say it's a bad idea it's the coolest thing! for lava too, lava splash would be awsome. idk why mojang doesnt say anything about it
