    They are a bit to simple, the people have a great idea with most of the structures being buried and there’s a huge structure like a temple or village underground, with stuff you can only find there like an extinct crop that the ancient villagers used that gives special effects and can be brewed into new potions

    I like them, but they are pretty easy to miss and the loot ranges from "Why?" to "YES!" My personal opinion to fix players missing them is for the cartographer, when at master level can sell a map to players locating a trail ruin. Another way to fix this is to add semi-excavated trail ruins. These would have worse loot but would be easier to locate naturally. Also, you should be able to find glass shards in the trail ruins instead of glass panes, as it seems more accurate for what they are going for. 9 glass shards should make one glass pane, and if you break glass blocks, you should get 2 to 6 shards instead of shattering into nothing. Anyways, the only reasons people would go there are:

    • Get some pottery shards for the new pots
    • Get the new armor trims, which you only need one to dupe forever
    • To obtain the Relic music disc

    I recommend more variants of the trail ruins for biomes such as the jungle (more stone, less terracotta) and plains (more submerged due to flat land). More exclusive loot, like an ancient club, extinct crop, or new item, would also be beneficial for the trail ruins and archeology as a whole. It's an ancient civilization, the possibilities are practically limitless! Even if there are no new items added to Archelogy, at least add more rare items like diamonds and cut down on the amount of junk in the loot table. The aesthetics are fine, I get it's supposed to be messy.

    A bit bettter visuals of the blocks able to use archeology on would make a slightly better improvement!

    Mabye let wind charges go trough stuff like copper grates.

    Yes, wind charges should be able to go through grates, it's mostly air anyway!

    The Breach enchantment should be nerfed significantly, maybe an exclusive enchantment from the ominous trial loot (none from enchantment tables), or an enchantment you may only find in Trial Ruins. This enchantment might be named Rebound or Inelasticity, wherein a shield will protect you from all the damage a Mace may do and send back all the damage back to the person who used the Mace. An enchantment used to block a different enchantment!

    Add a single glow lichen to one of the blocks of the trail ruins that appears above ground. They are sometimes impossible to find and this can help find them without outside game help. It would also encourage players to explore at night.

    Please do not change the specifications of the librarian. Taking villagers to a specific biome to force them to do a task is reminiscent of abduction.
    If you want to impose some other task, please add it to the new elements, such as making new enchantments available from certain villages that were not previously available.
    Furthermore, if such a revision and complicated content is updated, light users who have not diligently checked the patch notes will not be able to play the game to their satisfaction.
    If you are going to do this, please add a combat dungeon and add end content there that rewards bows with both repair and infinity and new enchantments such as endurance 4 and 5.
    Please don't destroy or even suggest destroying an already entrenched culture.
