Allowing players to build on to boats.

Allowing players to build things like ships and actually be able to move it would encourage more exploration and even a more nomadic style and would allow many amazing builds that unfortunately don't work

    At a minimum, it is worth adding boats with a banner-sail, including triple, double-row, with couches.
