Dolphin Air Timer

Once the dolphin AI is disabled when the player is too far away, the air timer should also be disabled so dolphins don't randomly die.

    It’s really irrational that I’ll catch dolphins and put them in a beautiful aquarium only to come back and they’ve died while I was gone. Dolphins need to be more resilient and not die if you’re not there.
