Dye horse armor

The horse armor in the game currently is colored around the saddle part, a different color for each level of armor (Maroon for Gold and Iron and Yellow for Diamond) instead that part of the horse armor should be able to be affected by dye so that we can customize our horses more (kind of like Llamas) while still using high level gear.

The diamond/iron/gold part should stay as the color it is, but the cloth part at the saddle should be dyeable so we can still give colors to our horses!
