Ways to extract more XP(lapis crafting recipes)

There should be things that can be crafted to extract or attract more XP, my idea is lapis armour, and tools, for example, the lapis sword would deal 5 points of damage however would increase the XP drop rate of the thing you kill, the lapis pickaxe would extract more XP from mining ores, would have less efficiency but more XP(Can mine diamonds but not netherite). Their probably shouldn't be a lapis axe, lapis hoe, those kinds of things, only sword and pickaxe. Lastly, there should be a lapis armour, it would function by making it so the more lapis armour you wear, the more xp you attract, the further the distance that you can attract xp.
