hostile mob vote

The first mob vote I remember was the one where the phantom was choose, since then we only had mob vote with 100% passive mobs or a mix between passive and hostile, I personnaly would like to have more hostile mobs vote but at the same time I still think people want some passibe mobs vote

My proposition is to have both a passive and an hostile mob vote each year instead of just a passive one.
