Job sites

Can you add something , maybe a tick bock inside each "job site block" for the villagers , so everytime a baby villager spawns he wont be a for example a fisherman since i use barrels as base pillons , or they wont get themselfes hired at my base's blast furnance just because i have a house inside a village.
