Disallow Players to join Servers with Mods

We have a problem on your Server:
Players can use the mod called "Litematica" with it they can steal our buildings (without Worldedit permission and also without building permission) and put it on their Server or use it for something else without the agreement of the real builder.

My idea is that Server owners can disallow joining their server if players use Mods with the help of a new Feature that is implementated in Minecraft.

it would be way better if you can also disallow specific mods if you don't wish them on your Server.
