Waypoints (rare structure in Survival gameplay)
Very rare structure that player must activate by oneself to be able to use it.
The player can only be teleported to another waypoint s/he already activated.
The Waypoint blocks is indestructible (same as end-portal frame).
The Waypoint structure have different design depending on the dimension.
The structure can spawn:
- in a village (0.5% chance) (new house/npc?)
- in a mineshaft (2% chance)
- in a cave, by itself (rarer than mineshaft spawnrate)
- near the 0 0 0 (50% chance)
- in every very far Strongholds (from 10 000 + blocks)
- End: in an End city (0.2% chance)
- Nether: in a fortress (2% chance)
The structure can have a loading system as seen in the respawn anchor.
Edit/Adding context: (can't reply to comments)
It is rare structure, meaning that you should get 1 waypoint every 50 000 blocs.
So, if you combine Elytras+ice+etc you can't do 50k blocs like that.
(look at the % of chance to appear I wrote, + the fact that you will probably miss it... 0.5% means 1 in 200 villages)
This waypoint could allow people to "travel to the border" a little more safely, or being able to go play with their friends for few days when they find a waypoint in their long and far travel.
