Snowy Leaves On Java

Snowy leaves in Bedrock version should also be in java version. When it snows, the leaves on the trees should turn white.

    This has a good chance of getting implemented as mojang is doing a ton of bedrock-java parity stuff right now.

    they have to add this snowy leaves look way better if bedrock already has it why not add it to java to
