Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Slow-Fall Bolts

The Slow-Fall Bolts would be crafted in a fletching table, with a ratio of 3 arrows to one phantom membrane.  Slow-Fall Bolts, as the name may suggest, can only be used by a crossbow. This would (hopefully) buff the crossbow by giving it its own exclusive, similar to the bow with flame and power. Slow-Fall Bolts would fall slower than regular arrows, but otherwise continue at the same speed.
