Fletching Table Use Idea: Plated Arrows

So basically, the fletching table could allow you to upgrade arrows to make them deal 'bonus' damage. For example, a normal arrow with a fully charged bow does around 9-10 damage, but a iron plated arrow, can deal 2 bonus damage, making it deal 11-12 damage at full charge. The arrow upgrade process is similar to the armor trimming/upgrading process, except it requires 4 of the designated item instead of one Ex:  Iron, Diamond, Netherite, it can upgrade a single arrow, or up to a stack. However, these 'plated arrow's can't be tipped, so you cant have a Netherite plated arrow with harming.
