Sculk Enchant Table

Sculk enchant tables would work like regular enchant tables except for a couple differences. 

1: It takes more XP to use

2: You have to certain kill value or something. If you kill mobs near the sculk enchant table you will get more kill value. The harder the mobs are to kill, the more kill value they give. Kill value is proportional to the amount of damage delt by the player, not fall damage, other mobs, or something else. This is to make it harder to farm kill value because you can't kill them with dripstone to get it. Kind of like the sculk catalyst but kind of not.

3: You use echo shards instead of lapis.

4: The sculk enchant table can put conflicting enchants on the same item. This is what makes them useful.

5: Crafted with echo shards instead of diamonds, sculk catalysts instead of obsidian, and the book stays the same.
