Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

I think East Asian style paper walls with the thickness of glass panes and iron bars would be really cool.

Like the pottery that is in the game already, where a unique repeating pattern for each color is displayed on all sides of the block.  I would also consider making them plaster walls rather than paper because I think the feedback rules specifically state that they won't do wallpaper or paint. My thoughts on a recipe for plain "unpainted" paper walls:

    Paper - Paper - Paper

Paper - Any Wood Planks - Paper

    Paper - Paper - Paper

Then, add 1 dye and 8 plain paper wall blocks to dye 8 walls at a time.

Or, if they were plaster walls, replace the paper with clay and get 2 plain plaster walls per recipe, which are then dyed the same way I just described.  Good idea for some more variation!

Rather than decals on dyes, why not reuse the loom to create patterns? that would free up the dyes for actual coloring.
While we're on this, i'd like to add paper lanterns to implement the japanese theme more fully.
I'd also like the paper walls to let light through, like glass panes.
