Have Torch Flowers Produce Torch Flower Dust

Give Torch Flowers a unique function by having them produce Torch Flower Dust. 

Torch Flower Dust could be used in place of Glow squid Ink when making glowing signs/item frames. It would be a great idea for players who want to play as pacifists, giving it a more unique function. Could also be used to make the images on the new Pots glow.

You could either have them turned into dye with the crafting table or, They could accumulate dust (Which would make them glow) that the player could harvest with a bowl or bottle.

  I feel sad slaughtering glow squid to get enough glow item frames.
