Camouflage doors, trapdoors and bookshelf levers

Add dirt and leaf blocks to a normal door or trapdoor to make a camouflage door or trapdoor. 

A bookshelf that you can remove books from to open a camouflaged slide door. Add books to a chiselled crafting table to create a secret passage bookshelf.

A crafting table to screw things together - if you add a camouflage door or trapdoor to the crafting table it will create a camouflage slide door.
