I completely agree. Rabbits (in-game) are also found in flower forests, giving the biome some needed life. The cherry grove too has an abundance of flowers (on the ground and from within the trees), so it simply makes logical sense that rabbits would spawn there. Secondly, as of right now, the cherry grove biome is lacking some life in it. The fast moving, timid, and jumpy rabbits of Minecraft could really help fill in the void that is present in the cherry grove as of April 23, 2023.

The added addition of foxes would also be a great addition. Seeing as foxes in Minecraft hunt rabbits, it would give the biome even more life than just having rabbits. It also adds some story to the biome; seeing how if the player were to travel through the biome, they could very well come across the drops of a rabbit on the ground. Adding foxes to the cherry grove would also give even more reason to stay in the biome because as of April 23, 2023, the fox only spawns in certain "spruce tree biomes." Giving a new place for the fox to spawn could certainly give reason for a player to stay.

I for one really do hope that these changes get added to Minecraft because of the logical reasonings, potential story implications, and the added diversity behind such changes. After all, the Trails And Tales update is all about more diversity and story, giving even further reason for these changes. Mojang, I hope you take these reasons into consideration.

    Sincerely,

    Moldy Ham

Honestly? I absolutely agree. And by technicality, this could apply to frogs as well. Maybe even make them slightly smaller than normal frogs due to the cooler environment. And if we want to go all out, give cherry grove frogs the colors of fire-bellied toads to give some extra spice to the biome.
