Flat world lava source

I would like there to be a single lava source block at 0 0 coords just above bedrock on every world generation to give flat world players access to lava. That would make us able to then get cobble, obsidian, and everything related. It would more than double the available resources in flat worlds. Or if the fact that its so close to spawn is an issue, you could make them generate just above bedrock every so often all across the flat world. instead of nothing but dirt.
