soul torch / lantern upgrade

soul torch / soul lantern gets a new feature. 

soul torch and soul lantern now stop all mob spawning. ever had a slim chunk in your underground mine or base. now instead of having to carpet or slab the area to stop them spawning you can place soul torches or soul lanterns around to stop all mob spawning works on grass animals, nether mobs. and in the end.
