Heads for Husks, Drowned, and Strays

If a husk or drowned is killed by a charged creeper, they should drop their own head instead of a normal zombie head. Same goes for strays dropping their own head instead of a normal skull.

If they are placed on a noteblock they should play their respective sounds.

    Edit this to include zombified piglins - Now that piglin heads are a thing, it would be foolish not to add zombified piglin heads.
