Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Drinking Honey removes the Wither Effect

Even with the ability to cure poison, players have little to no incentive to use honey for food. It's outclassed as a food and poison isn't common enough to be a concern. Playing into honey's healing properties, honey should also remove the wither effect, giving it a useful niche in fortresses and the wither fight.
