Luminous+White mushrooms and Mooshrooms

I think that Minecraft is missing White and Luminous mushrooms, and I also think that the mushroom stems should drop themselves when broken, and be crafted in to mushroom planks. Also, if there is new mushroom types, there needs to be new Mooshrooms. It would also be cool if Mooshrooms would just become mushroom-less when sheared, instead of becoming cows.
