Allow Pots to act as Hoppers but moving items bottom to top.

This would allow farm and automation contraptions to go against gravity more easily when moving items. Whereas Hoppers take items from above and shunt them down or to the side, a Pot (or some variant of it—Iron Pot?) would receive items from below it and send them to a container directly above it. Preferred side behavior, if any (receive or send) would need to be playtested before finalizing.
