Wandering Trader sells music discs

Simple idea here. The Discs that are (only) obtainable from a creeper being shot by a skeleton to drop could be added to the Wandering traders sellable items. 

It gives wandering traders a selection of unique items

Creeper getting shot by a skeleton to drop discs would remain what it is, an easter egg. 

It makes sense that a villiger that roams the lands could have such items.
