another prehistoric mob

This mob would look like a puffer fish but could be put in a caldron the mob can be used to have an endless supply of water even in the nether this mob can actually walk on land and the nether, but it must stay hydrated, or it will dry out it will not die just not give you water you can leave caldrons full of water by it for it to manually rehydrate itself. The mob is called "the puffler fish."
