Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Magic Infusing Table

The magic infusing table would be used to infuse magic into items. Different from the enchanting table, it would provide a magical charge, similar to the durability bar. This could give items magical abilities, like a short range fire slicer, or inflicting slowness without a potion. The Infusing table would supply the magic charge, while the enchanting table provides the ability. It would be crafted exactly like the enchantment table but replace the book with a large amethyst crystal.

    I like the balanced approach of this, it gives some limited uses of some potentially powerful magic in a way that feels familiar. It should probably be fueled by XP and Lapis or various crystals though for cost and a little flavor.

    It can also have a similar effect with the enchantment table, and bookshelves, but with amethyst crystals instead

    That reminds me of Electrobob's Wizardry. It probably won't get added though.
