/serverproperty <key> [<value>] - Modify server.properties

A command to modify the server properties.

Suggested syntax:

/serverproperty <property> [<value>]

If value is specified, sets the value. Otherwise, displays the current value. For example:

/serverproperty max-players 20   (sets the max players on server to 20)

/serverproperty view-distance 15   (sets render distance to 15)

/serverproperty server-port    (shows the server port)

Note that such a command should require op level 4 due to its potential to compromise server security.

  I agree with this idea, it would be very useful for certain minigames and other tech. I think "/server property motd" should have its value be inputted as a text component to better improve MOTD editing (the section mark based formatting is unwieldy and irritating at times, and doesn't have as many features).
