Ink Sacs should more easily be obtained by fishing.

It seems squid ink is one of the items that would be less rare while fishing. You can obtain things like leather, lily pads, and a few other items currently with decent chances, it seems like ink sacs should also fit under the same category too, since, for example: to get leather you have to kill cows, rabbits, find it in chests, or get it through trading. Why: Mainly for use with concrete builds, if you need black concrete, it can ONLY be obtained in few ways, killing squids, or killing the wither with the chance a mob will drop the wither rose, or a low very chance while fishing
