Desert Plateau biome

The Desert Plateau would be a desert biome of high flat rocky land. It would contain mostly a brown colored rock, but contain sand, cacti and deadbush, as well as some other desert shrubs. A desert variant of goats can be found here. 

This biome could be a neat place to build or maybe offer some source of gold inside the plateau. 

This would not be a Mesa/Badlands, but a biome its own
