Goat rework

Goats drop now 2 blocks of wool when they get killed.

And you can now milk goats.

    You can shear more infrequently than sheep and they can be milked for goats milk, which only clears slowness, darkness, wither, and a few more.

    In short no reward for killing goats, that’s why it is so hard to get the full set of horns.

    Unbalanced. Sheep are for wool, cows are for milk, that's their primary exclusive purposes.
