Anvil Can be Repaired with Iron Ingots or Iron Blocks

As you are well aware, as of Version 1.15, we were able to use Iron ingots to repair Iron Golems. What if we could do the same to Damaged Anvils and Broken Anvils instead of making brand-new Anvils? We can either give it an Iron Ingot or Iron Block each stage from damaged to fully repaired.

  It'd be more consistent and make sense.
