Bedrock Edition without RTX Graphic Card dependency

In the Minecraft Bedrock you can only activate RTX if the computer has an RTX graphics card - that has to change! Please enable the RTX feeling for all users! It's also possible for Java if you don't have an RTX card and use shaders!

Any good graphics card can do that, so it would be better to go as low as possible with the minimum specs so that RTX can be enabled with any card.

    Ray tracing cannot work on non-RTX(or AMD equivalent)GPUs. They don't have the required hardware.
