add glitter melon block

the shiny melon is very wasted and undervalued, it can't even be eaten.
so it would be nice to get a block from him.

What I would do would be to shine or remove particles, but I'm very good at that block because it could be important for potions.

The luck potion cannot be obtained in survival so I don't doubt that with this block it can be done, but that with a fermented spider eye you can get the bad luck one.
