Smithing Template Fix

The smithing templates, especially the netherite upgrader, should be reusable. I know they can be duplicated using 7 diamonds and a specific block. But that is expensive, and you could forget. Imagine getting a really rare template forgetting to make a copy and then using it on your armor. That would be horrible. I know that then the duplicating mechanic would be kinda pointless. But still, they should be reusable, netherite gear is already hard enough to get.

    The netherite template makes making already hard to get netherite armor and tools even harder witch I don't think that new people in public servers will get the chance to get netherite stuff.

    What if it broke instead and you could repair it with 7 diamonds?
