Frost Walker improvements

In Java Edition, when the player is walking on water using the enchantment, the player should be able to sprint-jump without falling into water. Frost Walker should also be toggleable, with an indicator showing over the offhand slot on the hotbar which will help the player determine whether they have it on or not. A frost overlay should also apply to boots as well when the enchantment is active.

  I like the idea that sprint jumping wont make you fall into the water. I dont think frost walker should be toggleable, especially when you can just take off the boots or dont put frost walker on your boots.
