End Lore with structure

" The Remnants.... " A ruined island near identical to the "main" island but the pillars are ruined [possibly of different materials] and the portals aren't "stable." If a player uses one they are randomly sent thousands of  blocks in a random direction and placed at the lowest point with the required 2×1×1 'air'space even if those 2 blocks are 100% surrounded by deepslate at Y60 or the top of a mountain at Y300.
