Arms for Armor Stands

I think armor stands should have hands that could hold any item or block in the game.

They'd work like normal, until you click them with a stick to give them hands. After that you could make them hold any item.

  There is a summon command for enabling arms in Java, but it would be better to just have an interface to toggle it more easily.

  Armor stands have arms on Bedrock but not Java. I play bedrock more so its odd to play java and see armor stands without arms.

  They're on Bedrock, but they'd be really nice to have on Java as well without mods.
