Armor trims for undyeable part of leather armor

Leather armor has unique parts of their armor which can't be dyed.

Using armor trims to leather armor could change the shape of undyeable armor parts to their armor trim design.

And leatherworker villagers could sell new armor trim which resembles the undyeable part of leather armor.

  while this isn't a bad idea, why not just add armor trims to leather armor like normal? there isn't, in my opinion, a good reason why there's no armor trims for leather armor, so why not just add it normally?

  Leather armour already has a colouring system, via dyes, so they don't require the trims feature, whereas the other armour sets only have trims as their means of customisation. It's balanced as it is.

  If anything, there should be an option to dye both sections of leather armour via dyes.

  cool idea and probably wouldnt be hard to implement
  but i dont think mojang would do that
  the undyeable parts are there so the dyed leather armor doesnt get confues with for example diamond armor
  so i think this is a super cool idea
  but the consecuanses might not let mojang add it
