Copper equipment

Add a copper equipment (helmet, chestplate, leggings, boots, hoe, axe, pickaxe and shovel) to giving more use to copper

    I do not know why no one has responded to this post yet, but it seems to me that it would be just fine to see a set of copper armor and tools in the game. Also make them an oxidation system. For example, the more the tool / armor is oxidized, the less durability it has, but the better it will be enchanted. Oxidation can be removed in at least 2 ways, either by putting an oxidized object with an axe in a workbench, or a lightning bolt will strike the armor stand with armor and the armor will oxidize. To use copper equipment, you can give it the level of tools like iron, and the durability is slightly less. In any case, even if these concepts do not get into the game, it would be very nice to get new applications of copper.

    Mojang said they will not add Copper gear to make it different from other materials.

    I agree that copper needs more uses. I'm not sure the look of a copper chestplate or helemet, or so on would look that good though. I suggest implementing more uses for copper in some other way.

    Agreed! I don't know why they made it so there is so much copper since there isn't much to make out of it. Maybe getting ready for a future update I hope?
