The deep dark spawns less predictably by only being at a positive weirdness

The deep dark can be found under every mountain, so to be less predictable, it must only spawn at positive weirdness values.

    I think weirdness could eventually interact with more than that...

    Also: deep dark under more than mountain biomes!
